REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
At SUNDOG Candle Co. all sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. Exchanges are not accepted at this time, please make sure you are satisfied with your selection before ordering. We want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us by email to resolve the issue at hello@sundogcandleco.com.

DAMAGES
If an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund items, less shipping and handling costs, which have been damaged during shipment. To replace or refund your damaged item(s), please send an email within 7 days of delivery to hello@sundogcandleco.com with the following information
- Your name and address
- Order number
- Description of the damaged items(s) and packaging
- Photographs of the damaged items(s) and packaging
Once we receive this information we will contact you with further instructions to complete your replacement or return.

LOST ITEMS
In the event that the carrier has delayed delivery or has lost the item, we will attempt to correct the situation up to 30 days from the time of shipment to allow the post office time to locate the item or return it.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe online payment system. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
All orders ship via Canada Post within 2-4 business days of your order. A confirmation email will be sent to the corresponding email address. Please allow appropriate time for your package to arrive before contacting us.
We do not ship in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold) as this may cause damage to the hand crafted products and raw materials.
SUNDOG Candle Co. does not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping costs are calculated at time of purchase and based on item weights and dimensions.
